Originally Reesee (the Chinese MLP plushie licensee) only produced the three plush on the top row, but they appear to have expanded to the entire G4 Mane Six.

So the prototypes got a little...
Happy Fakie Friday! These are Lego / My Little Pony fakies made by Qi Hao. They made the Mane Six G4 ponies, plus Celestia and Luna.
Each pony is assigned a season and Combat Power / Defensive Power stats. Oddly, Celestia is Winter season and Luna is Summer. Oh, also every pony is an alicorn.

the mane six in the style of a G1 backcard! this sat in my files 90% done for like four months. finally decided to finish it today.
each of the ponies is based off of a specific line from G1: twilight is a twinkle eyed pony, rarity is a perfume puff pony, rainbow dash is a rainbow pony (obviously), fluttershy is a flutter pony, pinkie is a candy cane pony, and applejack has slightly modified version of her G1 design.

Ah yes, my favourite toy franchise, My Horse Little! Where they all live in Patadise and have Cute Logos on their sides!
So there's an entire cottage industry of fakie G4 blind box figurines, and this set has the Mane Six, Starlight Glimmer, and, surprisingly, Tree Hugger.
Also they copied Hasbro's thing of only Applejack having eyebrows on her toy, ha ha!

The natural next step from my G5-to-G1 designs: G4 to G1! Since these have been done to death and there are a few G1s considered "equivalents" (Applejack is literally in G1 as-is), I decided to take another route and use this design challenge to incorporate lesser-known G1 lines :)

My mom is continuing to call me asking if she should buy this or that pony for me from Value Village (she lives several hundred miles away) and no matter how many times she finds a Pinkie Pie or a Rainbow Dash she does NOT recognize them as the same pony, just says “this pony is pink, but not a baby pink, a pinker pink, with darker pink hair, and she has yellow and blue balloons” every time.
Except she HAS begun to recognize Fluttershy. Who, you may recall, she previously called Fluttersky after misreading the label on the Ty plush. But she doesn’t call her Fluttersky anymore, she calls her Butterscotch.
I’m dying to know if she somehow drew a connection to G1 Butterscotch (the butterfly symbol), who I did NOT have as a child or if she just drew the name out of the ether.
