Baby Lucky and Baby Half-Note have the same birthday thanks to their magical origins, and it's the same day as Spike's "special birthday". The special birthday is "given to a dragon once in every hundred years."
I think this means the dragons communally bestow the special birthday on a particular dragon, not that Spike is a hundred years old, but who knows really.
Princess Ruby and Princess Sapphire (aka Princess Primrose and Princess Royal Blue in the US) have the same birthday.

Spike and Lucky share the same birthday thanks to the 1st anniversary comic, in which Spike was given "the Special Birthday" to share with someone. It would make them both lucky forever! But he couldn't decide who to share it with until Majesty conjured up Baby Lucky.
