Satin 'n Lace in "Something Old, Something New" ponywear
I was going to transplant Fluttershy's tail to Satin 'n Lace, but the tail was worse quality hair than the mane.
So instead I cut off Fluttershy's remaining mane, secured the end with hot glue, and added a rubber washer to hold it in place.
I'm not saying I WILL steal Fluttershy's mane to rehair Satin 'n Lace . . .
but I'm not saying I won't
Well, I beheaded her so I guess I am committed now. Her head didn't come off as cleanly as I would have wished, but at least the lip of the neck is intact. Could be worse!
Her tail and washer. You can see the original pink color at the base.

Year 8 mail order ponies
Names are as follows; Satin N Lace, Tux ‘n Tails, Purple Valentine Twin, White Valentine Twin, Goldilocks, Chuck E Cheese Pony, and Sweet Scoops
Scanned one of the many pony booklets my mom had saved. I will always be somewhat disappointed in her for not purchasing a Majesty, because that has made Majesty not part of my collection, lol.
Left to right: Satin 'n Lace, Satin 'n Lace, Tux 'n Tails (or Coat 'n Tails), Satin 'n Lace.
Satin 'n Lace was a mail order wedding pony who got rereleased frequently, but initially without Tux 'n Tails. In fact, the boy pony associated with her was Baby Lucky. The brochure made it clear that Lucky, the ringbearer at her wedding, was "the first ever BOY pony".
Presumably the early Satin 'n Laces married other girls, or possibly each other? Yes, that makes sense . . . Probably the two on the far left are a couple. Magenta Satin 'n Lace looks best with Tux since they both have strong color palettes.
