Happy Valentines my loves!

Just over 12 months ago I started painting for the first time since high school; mostly because I wanted to see if I could do justice to a certain handsome face.

I've painted him many times since then, and lots of other people too, and I'll forever be grateful that he and you reminded me that this is a thing I love to do.

In honour of that, and of all of you and all the love and support you have given me over an otherwise difficult year I painted this little rainbow of a portrait.

Pedro.

I painted this in "oils" on Procreate in February 2021. This portrait is particularly special to me because it was the first time I really felt like I'd began to get to grips with working digitally. This took me 13.5hrs to complete.
