Always hands out compliments, even though she’d never receive them. She confided in me, and told me the horrible and cruel things people would say about her, even i herd them. Hey everyone, here’s the deal. As you might know, my mom has been fighting cancer for a very long time. After beating it once and then it coming back and her having to be on radiation and chemo, she recently beat it a second time. Yahoo!!
Lately she’s been complaining about a lot of tooth pain. She went to the doctor and found out that due to the radiation, she now has a disease in her gums that will cause her teeth to fall out. This sucks a LOT! Her insurance covers the dental extractions (teeth pulling) but they do not cover the dentures she will need afterwards!!
This is where I’m asking you all to lend us a hand. The dentures will have to be paid in two payments of about $500 and then payments of around $50 every month until they’re paid off. In the end it will be upward of $1100. We have trouble keeping food in the fridge, there is NO WAY we can manage this by ourselves!!

Hey guys! If any of you pay attention to my posts, you would know that I have been in and out of the hospital numerous times this year, but none of you really know what’s up. Well basically, I have crohn’s disease. When I’m having a flare up, my stomach feels as though I’m digesting nails and porcupines. When it gets really bad, I can throw up as many as 50 times, and it doesn’t stop until I go to the hospital. One time I actually threw up so much I was paralyzed and I couldn’t move until a few hours later. It’s truly awful and there is no cure. There isn’t even a medication that helps; the medication I take just lowers my immune system so my stomach doesn’t attack itself. I’m sick almost every week with the flu or a cold. But the good news is, I just finished a 3 month all liquid diet (it was awful), and now I am in remission! I’m celebrating by running a marathon for the cure in July….bad news is…it’s almost $4000 to run. The foundation that operates the marathon is letting me go for free because I have the disease, but my dad still has to pay. All of the money goes towards finding a cure. There is an option to raise money for a plane ticket, but we live in Arizona so we are just going to drive to California (where the race is held). We are drowning in medical bills so we can’t afford it alone. We have a few sponsors, but I really need tumblr’s help!! You don’t have to donate if you can’t afford it, but it would mean everything if you would spread the word!! Even one dollar will help because that’s one dollar we don’t have to spend!! This is my friend Ashley Murray. She hasn’t been seen since yesterday and has left behind a suicide note. I’ve been driving around looking for her and I’m sure her friends and family have too. It blows my fucking mind that a person even needs to raise money for this. I never thought I’d ever actually have to write something like this. I hate having to, but I really need help. I’m currently without a job and my bank account has recently gone under one hundred dollars, so I’m about as broke as I could possibly be. I’m looking for work, but the job market is real shit in Florida. Because of mental and emotional reasons, I’ve withdrawn from school and the moment, so I’m not getting any money back from student loans. I am without any income.
I can no longer pay my rent or my car payment or my various other bills. I live with my mother and sister, and for the past few weeks, they’ve been helping me out. Recently, I had to ask them to cover all my expenses. Neither of them can afford to cover me, though, as I continue to go without a job because money is very tight for all of us. I don’t know if I’ll be able to secure a job any time soon.

Brockton Police [Massachusetts] are asking residents for help in locating a missing 11-year-old boy.
Jayvon Phillips was last seen in the area of East Ashland Street abount 3:45 p.m. He was seen wearing a black and blue winter coat and gray sweatpants. He was reported missing about 5:15 p.m., according to Sgt. Christopher Green. He was believed to be a runaway.
With decreasing temperatures, Green said the police would be conducting a reverse 9-1-1 notification of residents to look for the boy.
Residents with information about the boy can contact Brockton Police at 508-941-0200.
HEY GUYS
A few months ago I had to give my dog to a new owner after leaving a very shitty home situation. He’s improved dramatically since he got a new home and has recently gone through surgery. He’s doing fine but both myself and the new owner have been hit with a HUGE BILL.
We’re splitting the bill, but that still means that I have one month to come up with 600$. I’m disabled and out of work, 600$ is a massive amount of money to me.

the latest in the lois-gets-her-art-stolen chronicles: a chilean publisher has decided to take this artwork, drag it through photoshop hell, and use it as a cover for this book, obviously without permission or compensation of any kind. not only is it copyright infringement but making book covers this ugly should be outlawed too.
anyways, i went through this before when i found my art printed on sweaters in south korea. i talked to a few different lawyers at the time, who told me that i needed a lawyer in the actual country that the theft was taking place. sending threatening letters from the netherlands just wasn’t the way to be taken seriously or get things solved. because i never found out who was making those korean sweaters, i decided to give up fighting after they were removed from the korean web-shops - it just wasn’t worth the money i would have to invest in pursuing it.
however, this time around i actually do know who the thief is (Puerto de Escape in Chile) and i intend to go after them. however, i need someone who is familiar with chilean law and ideally could hook me up with a lawyer in chile to help me out and give advice. i could also use advice from anyone familiar with these situations and how they can be resolved. if you guys could spread the word and e-mail me at [email protected] with any information, that would help me SO much! thanks a ton for reading!!
