The twins hold a special place in my heart! I think they both struggle with their emotions on their own ways, like Leo's puns and overconfident persona (especially compared to Raph and Mikey, who are fine with being emotional), so if they had to actually deal with them together on their own, it'd be hard.
also there's probably gonna be a lot of Leo angst from me, so better be prepared-
