hello y’all I know the queue’s been arunning on fanfic this month -- it’s national novel writing month and I’m dedicated this year to writing All OC Blorbos and Nothing But the Blorbos, and my mental health has been as a yo-yo in the hands of an angry bored six year old of a fae bard
so basically I hope to be posting more ficcy writing stuff here in the next few weeks. I’m trying to bring more creativity back into my life with joyful FORCE for once and hope to share that with y’all soon

folks, with the new story of seasons game arriving tomorrow (!!!) and my semester ramping up, I’m going to go into a bit of a hiatus -- I can’t imagine that I’ll have time to play the game until May, and I want to avoid as many spoilers as possible.
so, I’m going to go semi-dark -- I’ll start getting into the tags and being more active again once I’m able to get into the Poot a bit.

hey y’all, a quick update on me
it’s been a much more frantic, panicking, busy six months than I anticipated; turns out graduating my MFA would leave me in a weird emotional state, plus some personal stuff I’d rather not get into right now
unfortunately, and some of you probably already saw this coming, I don’t know that I’ll be able to do my intended liveblogging playthrough of the Rune Factory series. at least, not now -- I may do playthroughs more slowly, over time, and I’m still planning on playing through them all at some point in the future. when I do, I’ll do my best to post things here, like snaps and such, but I’m just not going to be able to do the structured liveblogging sort of thing I was planning on
I’m really sorry, folks. I just do not have the space and time right now to devote to a project like that. I really wish I did.
in the meantime, though, I’m going to be trying to return this blog to it’s regularly scheduled reblogging and posting. I’ll also start doing requests again, so if you have a request, or you sent me a request that I never posted, I’ll take a few now and try to get them posted in an actual timely fashion

In other news my husband decided to start a harvest moon game and of course I am having him play animal parade
He named his farmer Issac with stars around it and thinks it's hilarious that the characters can just SAY the stars, leading him to conclude that his character is an Eldritch horror living among other horrors. He called his farm Ryleh. With stars. 🌟 Ryleh 🌟
