If I had a nickel for every time I developed a very strong attachment to a fictional character at a formative time in my life who was an Empire-era Jedi with laser scars on his face, a very unique lightsaber, a connection to wildlife (specifically little fuzzy guys that like to hide in tall grass), and severe abandonment issues, I would have two nickels—which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice

Your recent "The other tell Cal about Vader" ask made me come to a funny conclusion. Half the Jedi (of the last 4) have been physically scarred by Vader while the other half have been emotionally scarred
i was gonna agree with you but i think that venn diagram would look more like:
based off of this post, I now wanna write an au where Satine lives and joins the rebellion and Obi-Wan spends a decade or so wishing he could join the rebellion, but instead he has to stay in hiding and watch over Luke.
But then Satine sends a transmission that she needs his help, and she uses R2-D2 to do so because she knows it's a droid Obi-Wan would be familiar with, and Obi-Wan is not sure if he can leave Luke. He goes to check on Luke only to find that! Oh no! The Empire found his aunt and uncle and burned their house down! Fortunately, fourteen-year-old Luke was at Toche's station picking up power converters, so he didn't get destroyed with his aunt and uncle.
Obi-Wan then decides that Tatooine isn't safe for himself and Luke, so they join the Rebellion together.
The A plot of this fic would then be Obi-Wan Kenobi and Duchess Satine Kryze Actually Have a Chance At A Relationship And It's The Entire Rebellion's Favorite Point Of Gossip.
The B plot? Luke Skywalker being fourteen whole years old and becoming friends with Leia and Ezra and Sabine and later Wedge Antilles and the Shenanigans they get into, with Obi-Wan spending all his spare time trying to keep Luke from realizing he and Leia and Darth Vader are related.

I’ve been too sick to draw anything new, and It’s been like 4 months since I started these cowboy designs and I know for a fact they aren’t getting finished so I’m just gonna dump what I had so far here and dip ✌️
Kanan: wears the fanny pack with the money and made brownies for Jacen
Hera: organized the garage sale and tells people ”no you cant have that for free, you need to pay for it.”
Chopper: screams at the top of his circuits because he is being ignored
Zeb: is doing the coffee runs and ordering takeout
Sabine: marking prices and making small talk with customers
Ezra: sneaking behind Thrawn and increasing the prices because Hera asked him too because Thrawn has been calling and flooding Hera’s voicemail and she’s sick of it.
Kallus: helping sweet old people load heavy items in their cars
Rex, Wolffe, and Gregor: are the sweet old people
Jacen: running a con. Dad made the brownies, Jacen sells the brownies, Jacen tricks the customers into agreeing to buy a brownie before telling them the price, customer is blindsided by this adorable 5 year old asking for $3 a brownie but they cant say no because the kid is adorable so they pay the price for a brownie, Jacen makes a crapload of profit.
Hondo: is so proud of his pirate Jedi conning people and making profit
