Elizabeth naming her son Henry is funny on two levels bc 1) you would think she’d name him after her father but his name is ridiculous so the writers decided against that and 2) she might have named him William, since that’s a tradition passed down on Will’s side of the family but the writers didn’t want any confusion so the didn’t do that either
Ya’ll potc5 could have STARTED with Henry and Carina breaking the trident, thus breaking all curses, thus destroying the triangle and lifting Salazar’s curse, THEN the rest of the movie could have been Salazar hunting Jack down.

I really recommend you guys read these according to which route you enjoy more. So if you like Salazar’s route more, read chapter 15. And if you like Lesaro’s more, read 16 and skip 15 at first. Of course you can read both, but I suggest reading them in order of which route you prefer.
Salazar’s chapter is finally done! 14 whole ass pages!! Moving on to Lesaro’s as soon as I get a chance!

Ok I know we all make Lesaro out to be the friendly one while Salazar is the Big Mean Matador but I like to think that Salazar was much more relaxed outside of work. Probably even fun to be around at times. His crew were ghosts for decades and were STILL by his side hunting Jack down—literally as soon as they got their freedom. They could have possessed anyone that sailed into the triangle but they didn’t which makes me think there was a mutual agreement to stay and remain loyal to the Capitán. Killing Jack wouldn’t even break their curse but they still tried just for Salazar. They liked him they didn’t just respect him.
Nun:...Magda? It’s the middle of the night...what’s wrong?
Magda: when I was 9 I tried to make food by myself but I burnt it and instead of telling anyone about it I buried it in the backyard

After three straight months of grueling travel, the Capitán reached his destination. A little island north of Haiti called Tortuga. The wind is strong today, causing a ruckus in the white sails above your head. You stand out on deck, drenched in shadow from the thick overcast sky, watching as the Mary draws closer to the port.

The original potc trilogy was about Will and Jack and Elizabeth so the sequel trilogy should have dedicated one movie to each of them. On Stranger Tides could have been Jacks, Dead Men Tell No Tales could have been Elizabeth’s and the final could have been Will’s. The stories could have happened at the same time and overlapped in the end.....Obviously the plot of OST would have had to change.... but come on now. How cool would that have been.
