I must admit that this is actually a love potion necklace, but it doubles just as well as a blood vial necklace (as worn by Angelina Jolie a long long time ago). Instead of dish soap I'd add drugstore glycerin (it's what goes in the potions and snow globes I've posted).

*If you are going to make the love potion, I'd skip the time consuming polymer clay hearts. Buy some cheap heart shaped beads or heart shaped glitter instead.
