Daily Affirmations

I am more than the sum of my wounds.
I will bring honor to my family's name.
I am not dead. I blaze with fire.
I am as skilled in combat with my left hand as I had been with my right.
I have come too far to turn back now.
I burn. I burn. I burn.
All around me there is darkness and solitude, but I live, and they do not touch me.
Not yet.
My hand is stained with blood, cruelly but not unrighteously.
I am honoring my word.
My own men will turn from me, horrified at my black deeds, but my last brother will not abandon me.
I will not look at what I have done.
I will not turn back.
Certainly one more massacre will fix things.
