Oh god the translation of the latest hq chapter on the shonen jump app is so bad. This is woosleyism at its ugly. To give context, on the first page kageyama says “what’choo say?! you talkin’ to me?!” so like a stereotypical black guy? I think the translator was trying to make it funny like in japanese but seriously bad take.
Yeah sometimes the translations are just wacky!
I sometimes go back to the beginning just to remind myself of how they all began.

Happy Birthday to Hoshiumi Kourai. He is becoming known as the Little Giant. This 2nd year from Kamomedai High was at the All Youth National Training Camp, so we got to see him in action bit. It will be exciting to see him more in the manga! April 16th

Happy birthday to Inarizaki's 3rd year middle blocker, Oomimi Ren! I really enjoyed him, anything insanely good middle blocker. I especially loved his rivalry with Tanaka. Current Concern: When he and Kita drink tea together Atsumu said "they seem like a married couple". Is he the team dad!?!??!?! Feb 17th.

So I've just been made aware that Shonen Jump has asked this of the haikyuu fandom: to wait until Monday to post about the manga. I will be doing this from now on! And I hope others will too from now on as well. It's because the official release in Japan isn't until Monday, so on Monday, go ham people!
The spoiled translations on Friday are lovely, read them and enjoy, get your posts ready but let's try and wait until Monday to post them, yeah? It's the least we can do to show our support for our lovely fandom, right?

Hi, i saw that you posted your weekly analysis of the new chapter. Maybe you don't know yet, but Shonen Jump is now aware that the scans are leaked every week before the official release on monday and have made a public statement about it, since a lot of japanese fans complained about mangacaps and spoilers circulating on the internet. So from now on, people are trying to keep it quiet until monday. In the end you can do as you want, but I thought that I could at least inform you ^.^
I hadn't realized Shonen Jump had made this request! Thank you for letting me know! I'll be sure to wait to post the rest of my screenshots on Monday and be sure to remeber this for future chapters.
