Frozen Is Cool! Elsa the Snow Queen Rules!

So during “We Don’t Talk About Bruno”, Pepa is particularly adamant that they don’t speak her brother’s name, especially because she shows some resentment towards him for indirectly ruining her wedding (even though it was over 20 years ago). AND she’s beyond shocked when Félix reveals to her that Mirabel was in Bruno’s vision (as her stormy cloud proves)! 😆🤣

Yet when Bruno reveals himself during “All of You”, what happens? While both Pepa and Julieta gasp upon seeing him, Pepa smiles with joy clearly on her face. And if I’m not mistaken, her eyes seem to be welling up with tears while she smiles. Regardless of whatever animosity she still holds towards Bruno, Pepa is clearly overjoyed to see him again after ten long years.

Then what happens next? Pepa is the first of the two sisters who rushes over to Bruno to embrace him. I mean, yes, Julieta runs to hug Bruno, too, but it’s Pepa who does it first. And when she hugs him, she doesn’t simply throw her arms around him: she actually SCOOPS him up in her arms and holds him there as Julieta joins her and Bruno hugs both of them!

While both sisters show pure joy at seeing their brother again, Pepa’s reaction is more meaningful to me because her earlier attitude towards Bruno implied that she hated him, yet her actions here completely disprove that.

Encanto was a wonderful movie about family! 😁

Today is October 5th. For years, we fans of the Hey Arnold! fandom knew that this was a sad day for Arnold because it was the day his parents left him and never returned. 😔

But last November, we finally got the long-awaited film, The Jungle Movie, and Miles and Stella were revealed to have caught the sleeping sickness and were kept at the city of the Green-Eyed People. Yet thanks to Helga’s locket, Arnold’s parents were revived, along with the other infected adults, and he happily reunited with them and brought them home.

So now October 5th is no longer a day that Arnold will mourn for his absent parents. Instead, he can have a new anniversary date in which he, Stella, and Miles parents finally became a family again! 😄

Notice how in this shot, before they hug again, Elsa reaches out first, with her arms extended and slowly approaching Anna.

Keep in mind that Elsa avoided being touched for many years, especially from Anna, whom she loved dearly. She did all of that just to protect Anna.

When Anna thawed from her frozen heart curse, Elsa was overjoyed to see her alive and didn't even hesitate to hug her, especially since she no longer wears gloves.

Now here, after she has thawed Arendelle, Elsa wants to give Anna another hug. She hesitates initially because she is still a bit nervous of harming her, and probably more so because she worries Anna may not want to hug her after she (Anna) was struck a second time. But even so, Elsa believes that if she focuses on how much she loves Anna, she won't hurt her. This is why she wears a smile, and she is full of hope that they will hug again.

And they do, much to the happiness of both girls.

Remember that Anna told Elsa earlier that she wasn't afraid. Even when Elsa felt despair, Anna remained confident and optimistic that Elsa could stop the winter. She never lost faith in her sister and never stopped loving her as well.

And so Anna is only excited to hug Elsa again.

As long as she remembers how much they love each other, Elsa should never be afraid to touch Anna again. Like Olaf said, she truly is the nicest, gentlest, warmest person ever.
