#oh god this is breaking my heart#because the thing that was different about lisa and ben#is that he knew that THEY LOVED HIM BACK#if he didn't KNOW that they loved him or would want him back with them he wouldn't have felt the need to do that#2 people who made it so abundently clear that they loved him and cared about him and wanted him around#and he felt like he didn't deserve it or they didn't deserve his baggage#taken to its absolute extreme bc it's supernatural#weeping and wailing (via @kerryweaverlesbian)
#this is it! #i remember i referred to the loss of lisa and ben as an ''amputation'' once and i stand by that #he loved them and they loved him #there was so much love there that the writers were only able to remove them from his story via extreme force #they had to cut them away because they knew it was the only way to break that family up entirely #dean and lisa had real love and a real family together - whether the fandom wants to admit that or not - and that love did not go quietly (via @laurelwinchester)
