This makes him a liar, unappreciative, little brat with a sob story and makes Hinata fake as hell. Just so you know this filler never happened Naruto never met Hinata until the academy he only knew who she was because she was weird. They are trying to justify the Last. Like this makes Naruto even a bigger scumbag

I crossed tagged this because I want some NaruHina to justify this with the canon manga. Which clearly states Naruto was alone and didn’t have friends growing up. I want Hinata fans who truly are Hinata fans to tell me if they respect this. Because this craps so hard on their fave character and the ship.

What she means: Naruto promised Nagato he would change the Shinobi world for the better so children wouldn't have to grow up like they did anymore but everything's the same except worse because now all the major villages are allied and they all fully endorse the idea that it's okay to pump out child soilders and sacrifice yourself for the collective, when it's this kind of thinking that's what started the "Chain of Hatred" thing in the first place. Naruto started out as a character who never gave up and disliked the way the Shinobi world worked, vowing to make his own way of the ninja that didn't treat people like tools but in the end he just became a propaganda tool who neglects his wife, kids, and friends for the same Shinobi system he vowed to dismantle and that to me is just tragic. I guess that Batman movie was right,"You Either Die A Hero, Or You Live Long Enough To See Yourself Become The Villain."

the writers weave hinata into the storyline more so her and naruto finally getting together seems less like a last minute decision made by a seesawing author and like it was singularly there from the start
naruto doesn’t go full ooc and hit bort anymore! he remembers why HE did the same thing as a kid, ruffles his hair and leads him off by the hand to (presumably) fix up the monuments together. ;v;

expensive for not a huuuuge amount of new content (like story mode is basically way better than how the anime portrays it but it’s still old news)
no 2D animated cutscenes/sidestories like in R
all new additions to the game seem like they will be will be in small paid dlc packets

i’d give iiiit 6.5-7/10? noooot as good as R but has some fun additions and improves on kishi’s writing in some places–the gameplay is also excellent as always, but I can’t see much or any change from UNSR other than the small animations at the start. Some characters are also fairly broken in versus mode (hanabi pls)

For today you have next chapter's ~~spoilers~~ analysis:

Now, considering Kishimoto woke Sakura up, and this week's chapter went word for word as I said last week, next chapter can go a few possible ways, which I shall explain in order of likeliness, from least likely to most likely:

Interfering Kakashi: As Sasuke goes for the last blow, Kakashi comes out of nowhere, punches Sasuke's lights out and saves the day. Least likely scenario (though I would lmao and go with it in a heartbeat, it'd totally make Kakashi mah hero and could only be better if Sakura fucked him in front of the stupid lead couple while flipping them both the finger and calling them both losers) because it would completely defuse the tension, rob both Sasuke AND Naruto of their much needed closure about their feelings for each other and their relationship (I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT SEX HERE), and because Kakashi's character as it has been developed through the entire manga firmly believes in man to man, rival to rival youthful challenges.
Interfering Sakura, or The Holy Grail Both Narusakuists and Sasusakuists Are Waiting For: More likely than Interfering Kakashi, but also NOT really likely, because
1) She just ain't THAT fast and they are fucking FAR AWAY from where Kakashi and Sakura are,
2) She already stated when Sasuke called Naruto to fight him that she couldn't interfere and thus she ain't gonna,
3) Even if Sasusaku shippers actually fulfill their promise to finally cut enough carbs and work out enough at the gym to lose those last 10 lbs they believe separates them from entering the realm of girls who date popular guys there is NO WAY Sakura's bitching will sway Sasuke from killing Naruto because Sasuke has stated for the last 697 chapters that Naruto MEANS MORE TO HIM THAN SAKURA herself, let alone her opinion,
4) Even if Narusaku shippers actually stop fucking up with their zits and grow a pair large enough to face Roacutan treatment (which is the most effective acne killer I have ever seen in my entire 42 years of age but take swallowing a bucket of guts to go through), which is what they believe is the last barrier keeping boys/girls from getting the pretty, popular girls/boys, Sakura will NOT kill Sasuke because the boy appears on the movie,
5) Naruto would NEVER forgive her for meddling in THEIR fight,
6) Neither would Sasuke,
7) Kakashi would sit on top of her and tell her to shut up, be a proper lady and make tea for him and the Sage while they wait,
8) ANY kind of interference from Sakura would tip the precarious ships' balance and Kishimoto OFFICIALLY WILL NOT DEFINE WHO ENDS UP WITH WHO IN THE MANGA. Yes, OFFICIALLY. The movie IS about who ends up with who romantically, people.
Naruto pulls something out of his ass at the last second and knocks Sasuke out: NOT going to happen because he doesn't want to kill Sasuke and the entire fight mechanics have been designed (don't believe me? Go read my post from last week and see the ENTIRE fight description there, every single RPG gamer that ever faced a chaotic neutral boss knew what would happen to this fight, it follows classic WoW mechanics and the reason WoW has been the most popular MMORPG in the history of MMORPGs to this day is those classic endearing, angst-ridden, predictable (which is pretty much another word for classic) fight endings) for Sasuke to hold back at the last blow. Not to mention that if Naruto wins he WON'T let Sasuke run away and I HIGHLY DOUBT KAKASHI WOULDN'T THROW SASUKE'S PALE ASS IN PRISON THE MINUTE HE GOT HIS HANDS ON THAT INSANE UCHIHA. In fact, I'd bet my left tit he'd make Naruto and Sasuke release everyone through the prison bars separating them.
Sasuke's feelings betray him yet again and prevent him from landing the last blow on Naruto's face, which forces him to give up his grandiose plans: As I said last week, this is the classic fight mechanics when fighting a chaotic neutral enemy: you beat all the shit until the asshole is half-dead and then, ONLY THEN, said asshole shall come to his senses. That is THE reason this is the most likely scenario, there is a 99.99% chance it will happen.

That said, what Sasuke will do AFTER he finds out he can't force himself to kill the usuratonkachi to save the entire world comes down to three possibilities, each with its own pros and cons:

Sasuke snaps, yells "SCREW YOU ALL, I'M GOING HOME", a.k.a The Cartman Exit, without any further flashbacks, talk-no-jutsu or anything like that: extremely unlikely because if Sasuke does that there is NO FUCKING WAY Naruto will let him just waltz off into the night if Kishimoto expects to mantain any kind of narrative integrity to the story, especially because Sasuke has to finger-fuck Nardo's fi the Infinite Tsukuyomi as shown here:

and just about EVERYONE except Naruto wants to rip Uchiha Sasuke a new one, making Kakashi NOT sending Naruto (who has been burdened with FOREVER KNOWING EXACTLY WHERE THE UCHIHA IS AT ALL TIMES) to retrieve Sasuke right away to answer for his crimes - and that boy HAS a death penalty hanging over his head because he DID COMMIT REAL CRIMES - a bigger plot hole than even Kishimoto has the inability to commit.
Sasuke snaps at himself, spends half an hour trying to force his fist to hit Naruto's face by yelling at it after spinning around and punching himself in the face rather humorously (while Naruto and Kurama watch the show - flashbacks included - inside Naruto's mind, sharing a bowl of popcorn and hoping like hell Kakashi and Sakura do not come by to stop the entertainment), before angrily grabbing Nardo's hand, finger fucking his fist as shown in the picture, telling him to fuck off or else he'll REALLY kill Sakura (or alternatively insert another meaningless threat here) next time, and stomping his merry way away. Has a likelier chance of occurring, BUT it fucks up the story integrity the same way possibility #1 does, and for the same reasons.
Sasuke snaps in a performance worthy of Gene Wilder's finest moments, deciding to damn it all to hell since he's been robbed of the last of his dignity anyway, realizes and confesses to Naruto that he loves the usuratonkachi MORE than he would a simple friend because he was able to kill his BELOVED BROTHER, and if he can't kill Naruto it is obviously because he loves Naruto MORE than he loves Itachi and that can only mean, much to his own livid embarrassment, that he is in love with the usuratonkachi, fingerfucks Naruto's fist and waltzes away in the night leaving said usuratonkachi in a catatonic state for two entire years. As much as I LOVE the comedy of a Vegetable!Naruto, and I do believe it would be a viable ending to the manga, it is less likely than the following proposition because it would tip the ship balance towards Sasunaru due to Naruto's produce-like behavior, and like I said, the manga WILL NOT DEAL WITH ROMANTIC SHIPS.
Everything happens as in possibility #3 EXCEPT that Sasuke's realization hits him first in his mind (cue Kishimoto's beloved flashbacks here), and then Sasuke puts Naruto under a genjutsu where he can yell at the usuratonkachi for being such a lovable son of a bitch that he ended up falling in love with him to his heart's content while in reality he fistfucks Nardo's fist and runs away like a boss. Why doesn't this method tip the ship balance towards Sasunaru? Because it doesn't end up with Naruto turning into a vegetable: it gives Naruto enough TIME to process Sasuke's declaration of love and DECIDE TO NOT PURSUE THE BASTARD, giving Kishimoto the way to make an open ending with actual enough surprising value to warrant the term "SHOCKING END". Why is Sasuke's coming out of the closet to Naruto NOT a Sasunaru ending? Because there have been another THREE love confessions in the manga already and NONE have set any pairing in stone: Sakura's repeated love confessions to Sasuke, Naruto's repeated attempts to make Sakura his girlfriend, and Hinata's love confession to Naruto. Sasuke confessing to Naruto wouldn't forcibly mean Naruto loves him that way back, it would only mean Naruto has two suitors, Hinata and Sasuke.

There is another reason for me to put my money on possibility #4: it frees Kishimoto from working on a relationship he OBVIOUSLY has deemed a failure - sorry folks, but Kishimoto has sunk the Sasusaku ship so hard even the rats have drowned already, and moral reasons aside, he has sunk it because it was BADLY WRITTEN FROM THE BEGINNING, something any decent editor could point out - while giving him the opportunity of creating a much better, solid, modern love triangle that is actually a believable one and better yet HAS NARUTO AS THE FOCAL POINT. It just makes for a better story that caters to today's modern, globalized youth with their liberal values to have Naruto choose between his honest and pure childhood best friend/"soul brother" whose love for him has made leaving a dark destiny possible and a tridimensional woman with strengths and weaknesses who has fallen in love for his qualities from the start and at the same time has grown up to be a fiercely loyal companion whose love for him is so pure she will support his decision no matter what.

SasuNaruHina is beautiful like that - even though I believe Hinata can't compare to Sasuke in Naruto's heart, I have already said that Kishimoto will have a two year time skip between chapter 700 and the movie, two years where if Kishimoto wants to mantain a shred of cohesiveness to his story Sasuke WILL be away from Naruto who will REFRAIN from going after him of his own will and will stay put in Konoha where Hinata lives - and it makes for such a better option than NaruSakuSasu I can't realistically bet on anything else.

Remember kids, Gramma don't think she got game, GRAMMA KNOW SHE GOT GAME. I have asked for oatmeal-raisin cookies and I shall receive them.

Seriously, the amount of straight women who think it's totally ok to NOT be the most important person to a man as long as they get to have a relationship with him makes my head spin.

They're perfectly happy to fill the role of walking uterus, and firmly believe that being chosen as child-bearer means being loved. It doesn't matter to them if their man goes to other people for companionship, understanding, friendship, fun, anything besides sex.

It doesn't matter if their man doesn't even SEE THEM AS PEOPLE, because they already see themselves as less than human. Those women are the best example of why feminism is FUCKING IMPORTANT to this day.

All they base their existence in is having a male fucking them at night and exhibiting them in public. They don't give a shit about the man's feelings, they don't give a shit about their own feelings, they behave as and believe themselves to be breeding animals only.

I can respect NaruSaku shippers because at least people in that ship want Sakura to be with someone that has true affection for her, but the way Sakura treats Naruto in the manga makes me wonder if they even give a shit about HIS happiness.

I can't respect the ship itself because of Sakura's horrible personality. Damn, Sakura goes out of her way to AVOID Naruto as much as she can when he's not obviously working to get her what SHE wants, and she wouldn't say ONE FUCKING WORD to support Naruto when Sasuke stated he would kill him. She didn't even fucking LOOK at Naruto, all she ever does is whine, whine and whine to Sasuke and ignore Naruto.

I can also respect NaruHina because even though Naruto doesn't love Hinata romantically, at least her love for him has got a solid base of friendship and shared ideals, and Hinata isn't a pushover like Sakura is in relation to Sasuke.

IF Naruto hadn't been so poisoned by Sakura's view of what being in love is, and didn't emulate Sakura's childish behavior because he thinks that being a pushover is what someone who is in love does (Sakura's behavior having been his first and closest reference to what being in love looked like), then he might be able to understand Hinata's love as a healthier approach.

However, I don't respect NaruHina shippers when they say that Naruto HAS to love Hinata back. Shit, not even Hinata herself thinks Naruto has to love her back, people, give the fucking guy a break.

In regards to ANY straight pairing involving Sasuke, none of them, nor their shippers, are worthy of respect. Sasuke has NEVER looked at ANY woman's advances with nothing but repulsion in his eyes. He has NEVER seen ANY woman as worthy of being a cherished friend. Being civil to women doesn't count as being in love, or able to fall in love with women. Aromantic and homosexual men ARE CIVIL TOWARDS WOMEN AND DO HAVE FRIENDSHIPS WITH WOMEN, but they don't want to marry them.

Women who ship Sasuke with ANY female existing today in the series are just as shallow and diseased as Sakura. They believe themselves unworthy without a man getting them pregnant and chaperoning them in public sometimes, even if those men don't give a shit about what they think or who they are, and would much rather be out with their friends instead of putting up with them.

It's disgusting. And no, I'm NOT defending NaruSasu here, I'm just stating the fact that Sasuke will be either paired with Naruto, paired with a completely different and new female character in the upcoming movie, or SIMPLY NOT PAIRED WITH ANYONE, EVER.

And I hope that Kishimoto doesn't pair Naruto with ANYONE in the manga because that boy has got serious issues. The only reason he runs after Sakura the way he does is because she puts him down, and he does it because he learned, through Sakura's behavior towards Sasuke, that loving somebody equals being a pushover who doesn't give a fuck about the other person's feelings. He wants Sakura to love him, but he knows she doesn't and he doesn't have ANY clue how to deal with that besides pushing her away when she made that half-assed attempt to fix her public image by offering herself to Naruto.
