Hermione Granger is black. Kind of…sort of…okay, not really, But technically she will be in the West End production of “Harry Potter And The Cursed Child,” a play based on J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series. Black actress Noma Dumezweni will portray Hermione Granger in the production, which led plenty of Harry Potter fans, including myself, to collectively go, “HELL YES” all over social media. This has been one of the most popular fan fantasies ever, so it’s nice to get some validation. Even J.K. Rowling apparently approves of black Hermione, which she has demonstrated in the past when she “liked” a Tweet dedicated to fanart of Hermione as a black girl, and this tweet she posted mere hours ago.

That You Should Harbor Feelings for Someone and Never Do Anything About it: Ron and Hermione are both so stupid for this. If you like someone, do something about it! Tell them how you feel. Kiss them when the moment is right. Instead of pouting about how your crush doesn’t like you, get out there and get to know them so they can see how great you are!

At the end of September, I got to do the coolest thing I’ve ever done in my life. I went to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter to check out the new Diagon Alley expansion. I went to the Wizarding World when it first opened a few years ago, but this experience was WAY better because we got to go behind the scenes and on a very special VIP tour with some amazing tour guides. It was literally the best day of my life next to meeting Harry Potter himself.
In case you were wondering, yes, the Wizarding World is everything you expect it to be. But better. And then some. If I could live there, I would. In fact, part of me wants to move there and work at the Wizarding World. I think it’s something that everyone needs to experience because it truly brings Harry Potter to life, which was very touching for me

“What a bitch!” is a common phrase I hear almost on a day-to-day basis. A girl upsets another girl, does something wrong, says “excuse me,” and BAM! Labeled as a “bitch.” It makes no sense to me why this word is now used in everyday life to describe a girl. And don’t even get me started on the word “bitch” being used todescribe a girl who speaks her mind or stands up for her beliefs. This is not a “bitch,” and I will go rounds with anyone who disputes this.
