I often wondered what the contingency plan would’ve been had Diavolo actually been a caring farther who was wholeheartedly concerned about the well being of his daughter. What was Bucciarati going to do if Trish grew an attachment to her father? He even told her that Diavolo would take care of her and be a good father. Wasn’t the secret plan to figure out this man’s identity and off him? Or at the very least ruin him?? Was Bucciarati just playing the part in that elevator or did he forget what the true motive was for a split second??? I already know Giorno is ready and willing to do what he has to do; emotions aren’t stopping a thing with him. But Bruno??
For some unknown reason I keep this screenshot of Bruno almost getting wrecked by Prophecy Stones on my desktop... I think it’s symbolic of me procrastinating on my work until the very last minute, just barely escaping the clutches of failure.

Guido Mista Headcanons (1/?)
- He carries himself as the laid back, simple-is-best type, but that may not always convey to others. The inner workings of Mista’s mind are an enigma. His concept of “common sense” can sometimes wildly differ from the majority.
- He is not afraid of the number 4 in the ways people assume! Tables and chairs, for example, do not set him off for having 4 legs! His tetraphobia mainly applies to numbers and sometimes quantities. If he is buying something for example and the total has the number 4, he’ll simply keep adding or subtracting items until the total does not have a 4 in it. He is not wary of things that are multiples of 4. He is not worried about groups that consist of 4 people. If you think about it, he’s almost inconsistent with his tetraphobia at times, which highlights his irrational behavior. Fugo once tried to argue him about this and it resulted in a full on fight because he perceived fugo as a threat to his life by forcing the number around him as an attempt to “break him out of it”. Everyone took note and more or less left him alone over it.
- Very proud Italian man. 9/10 Mista will prefer Italian cuisine, music, fashion, etc. to anything else another country has to offer. But this does not stop him from being well rounded and appreciating what other places have to offer. It just won’t tend to be enough to make him want to stray from home for too long.
- Mista is very temperamental with seemingly wild mood swings from time to time. He is very passionate, emotional, and quick to anger occasionally. His face is very expressive, but at times his poker face can almost rival that of Bucciarati’s or Giorno’s. This makes him even more threatening on the job because you can never really tell when he will lash out or what he will do next. Even with all that being said, even when angered, Mista has good intuition and instincts on a situation. He may seem like a wild man on the loose but he has very good self control and can still manage to keep a cool enough head even when heated.
- He’s very interested in fashion and loves taking risks and making bold statements. Trish views his fashion sense as a mild hate crime to those who have to view it but she has to admit that he somehow never looks bad in whatever he decides to throw together. It’s witchcraft to her.
- Mista was dragged by trish upon first meeting for his scent, but he instantly had to make it known that he usually does wear cologne from time to time. His favorite brands were usually Versace, Armani, and Gucci just to name a few. Giorno gifted him a very expensive bottle of Tom Ford recently and he uses it on special occasions. (Special occasions can sometimes be Giorno getting a whiff in passing and questioning why he isn’t wearing what he bought him, which results in Mista immediately putting it on by next shower. He has half a mind to question if Giorno wanted to smell this so bad, why he didn’t just wear it himself.. he won’t though. He likes compliments.)
- He on occasion loves watching trash reality TV and Jersey Shore is a guilty pleasure. Giorno and Trish often join in on that. It became a bonding experience for the 3 of them, even though Giorno hate-watches it instead of just light heartedly enjoying the foolishness like the other 2. Mista has labeled Giorno a hater in his mind for his occasional judgy antics.
- Mista has a mild love-hate relationship with his sentient stands. His stands have often humiliated and ridiculed him to his face. They were the textbook definition of intrusive thoughts but physically manifested. It’s not always so bad when they troll him in front of people that do not have the ability to see stands, but it gets awkward, for example, when he comes back to the squad mansion after having a hot outting and the group asking where he was the previous night only for sex pistol #3 to announce that “Mista got dumped by another girl and told that he’s basically only good for a booty call. His personality is still unlikable!” Mista avoided the group for 2 days straight after that. He wants to get mad but he is aware that he is basically dragging himself because his stands ARE him.
- His expert marksmanship is not limited to just shooting guns! He has incredible aim with shooting and throwing most things, with or without his stand! This even crosses over into video games, darts, and basketball. Narancia hates him for it. When he plays games against Mista, he is basically a hack and nearly unbeatable. Mista is not nice enough to lose on purpose.
- Mista is a sadist. Though he is empathetic with people, he gets a kick out of torturing those he deems as trash. He will not hesitate and has a very creative mind when it comes to terrorizing someone. Even still he shudders when he thinks of what Bucciarati could cook up. Bucciarati was a very dear friend to him but he is very aware that the man is not to be crossed.
- A true ride or die. Will go to bat for his friends no matter what. The most loyal person in Bucci Gang by far and would die for his familia if need be.
