An early taste of our Honey bees efforts. Atlanta, Ga. June 9th 2016

The top of the on the frame is a blonde, early-season honey that taste sweet, buttery and floral. The honey type that merges to the lower part of the frame is a darker, spicier and richer clover honey which you see in this area in early summer. It’s great to experience the taste comparison. Moreover, it is beautiful to see the spring/summer merger represented in the honeycomb.
