like. i wasn’t a fan of supernatural back in the day and i’d barely even say i’m a fan of it now but . in light of these revelations. i genuinely think i need a minute, because. so okay like - a queer abuse survivor is sent to hell as punishment for desperate actions taken due to his belief that he is not “worthy of being saved” - a self-loathing that is caused by said abuse and possibly by said queerness - and he is saved - like i’m sitting here in utter bamboozlement that cw supernatural, a show that is world famous for being terrible, just said: a beaten and degraded queer man is lifted out of hell by an angel. a queer man is lifted out of hell by the holy hand of his gay lover.
