Sometimes the “bad” photos aren’t so bad after all Betta Aesthetic.
I thought we had a baby Apple snail on our hands a few months back, looks like I was wrong
Anyone else feel like a Water Change Master when you’re just “winging it with the water temp”, but you check your tank at the very end and it’s at exactly 78 degrees? 😎
I call this one “I’m sassy for no reason” (Yes, these photos are all the same fish)
The last gif with a dumb caption got a lot of attention, and someone got upset it was called a lobster on the store label 🙄 lol SO here’s some fun facts in case you wanted to buy “le lobster” or you just wanted to read about them. Please feel free to add onto it or make any corrections to these facts ☺️
•ISSA CRAYFISH, CRAWDAD, whatever you wanna call it. But it is also called the freshwater lobster, White Specter Crayfish, Vanilla Lobster, and a few others. •They’re very resilient and can adapt to just about any aquarium •They are super active and love to explore •Minimum of 30gal required for these guys (don’t be a jerk and keep in it something smaller just because of its size 🙄) •Recommended temp of 65-85 degrees F. •They tend to become very territorial towards other tank makes after maturing and ARE NOT FRIENDLY. They will grab any slow moving fish/eat anything they’re able to catch so please keep this in mind •They are Omnivores, so the recommended feat would be blanched veggies, high quality pellets, and any sort of frozen/freeze dried meat foods ☺️ •THEY WILL NEED CALCIUM OF SOME SORTS TO HELP WITH THEIR EXOSKELETON (With that said, be careful for copper. No bueno.) •They are believed to be the same species as Procambarus Alleni, so they can successfully mate with them ☺️ •They can grow to be 5-6 inches if taken care of properly
I hope you enjoyed this little fact sheet and that I didn’t just give out bullets of all wrong info 😭❤️
They always remind me who the real stars of the show are 🙄
(trying to photograph his plants and this happens)
When they swim away just as you’re about to take a picture..
