S06E14
A perfect ending for a perfect show.
S06E12-13
Love this arc. This is David's ultimate sacrifice. Everything he dreamed of was to return back to his big city life and now he's giving that up for the sake of his relationship.
S06E11
I love that David dreads the escape room as much as the other Roses but he is 120% intent on making it a good memory for Patrick and presses his family to cooperate, which is not easy to do.
S06E09
I love this episode. The combination of Jocelyn's new mother on the verge on a breakdown energy and David cringing into 4th dimension is perfect. Also, love the way David and Patrick put their arms around each other in turn in a soft supportive way that feels so natural.
S06E08
It's ok. They do say orange is the new black.
S06E07
David and Moira getting wasted while Patrick and Johnny awkwardly try to bond, topped by some excellent family trolling is simply delightful.
S06E06
They tried testing the waters but the pool was too deep)
S06E05
Glad they took that extra season so they could deliver messy little gems like this.
S06E04
Just them.
S06E01
A great opening and I love that David and Patrick now straight up have this sort of strong togetherness vibe about them. It was there before, but now it's stronger, they feel like a unit.
OK but WHY is this piece of joy unlisted? That's a hate crime.
S05EP12
This episode gave me such mixed feelings. On the one hand, Cabaret obviously. That production was way too good. You can immediately tell Noah is a theatre kid the moment he steps on stage. But the last scene kinda broke my heart. The engagement was such a huge thing for David. He needed to share it it so much. And not only did it get messed up from the start and his family trivialized it along the way, they didn't even let him have it and finally Moira ruined it completely. Say what you will, but the way she treats her children is appalling. I can't even laugh at it. Well, as least I have to think David and Patrick had a very fun night after that performance.
S05EP11
Charming, beautiful, perfect. And it would not have happened if David wouldn't put aside his discomfort and choose to trust and support Patrick. The rings just...
S05EP10
This is a crucial episode for an obvious reason. I love Noah's acting in this, especially the scene on the couch. There's so much vulnerability from Patrick who's normally so confident and the way his voice cracks is just… But what I love about it the most is how much David is willing to put himself through for Patrick. He is so supportive and loving and selfless. If that's not true love, I don't know what is.
S05EP08
Very soft, very cute, very rewarding.
