Josuke confessing to his crush:

Josuke nervously shifts his bag from under one arm to the other, stealing glances at the girl walking beside him. For what felt like forever, he’d kept his mouth shut about his feelings for her. Since he saw her, developed a small crush from a distance, introduced himself and become friends with her. By now, she was inseperable with him, almost as much as Okuyasu and Koichi. But at this point… his feelings had only grown stronger. He couldn’t hold it in any longer. “That’s it… I have to say something today!” He thinks to himself, inhaling sharply, making a determined fist. “Josuke? What’s up?” The boy jolts, his confident attitude suddenly deflating and his cheeks turning a distinct pink when he hears the subject of his thoughts speak up. “Gah-! Y-Y/N…”

After an extended awkward silence, he grabs your hand. It’s now or never. You can see his internal freaking out in his eyes. “H-hey, is everything alri-” “Can we go somewhere else?” “Wha-?” “Please? I’ve got something I wanna… talk about.” He stares at you with pleading blue eyes, squeezing your hand. There’s no way he could confess his feelings here, not with everyone else walking home from school around. “… ok. Sounds pretty important… let’s go.”  Josuke lets out a deep sigh of relief when you agree with a smile, and gives you a big smile back. “Gureto daze!”

He ends up taking you to Koto-dai Park, and finding a quiet spot. This is it.

“So, what’s up? Is something wrong?” “Uh… not wrong. Just, there’s something I really want to tell you. … have for a while.”  He looks down at his feet, bashfully scratching the back of his neck. “Josuke…? Your face is getting pretty red.” You tilt your head curiously, raising an eyebrow, getting some kind of idea. But it couldn’t be that, no way. Not your friend Josuke. … although… the thought of the possibility..

“Heheh… yours too, y/n” The sight of your blushing face makes him smile, and eases his nerves knowing you were getting flustered too. Lowering his hand and looking you in the eye again, he takes a deep breath, finally ready. “… Y/n, I… I love you. … I mean, I really loved you for a long time now, but… I never had the guts to say it. It freaked me out thinking, what if you turned me down? …” Josuke bites his lip, looking down again. “I just… I mean, well… I can’t NOT say it anymore. My heart races just being around you, and I know I’ve been acting kinda weird lately, and-” he’s cut off when you take his hand and step up close to him, leaning in and shyly placing a kiss to his soft cheek. Wordlessly, his mouth hanging open, the boy raises his head, coming to see your reddened, smiling face before him. “I… I like you too, Josuke…~”

He stares at you in stunned silence for several moments, before his lips slowly spread into a wide smile, his eyebrows turning upward and a tear spilling from the corner of one eye. He takes your hand between both of his. Honestly? He never could have imagined anything better than this.

You don't have to answer this, as it's super specific, but how do you think Jotaro, Josuke, or Dio (any parts idk) would react if their S/O had crippling self esteem issues? Like if they receive any affection whatsoever, they won't be able to respond correctly due to them being so convinced their unworthy of love.

I’m just going to give a general answer as I had a stressful day today and I’m not up to writing anything other than answering some questions at the moment.

  Anywho, you best bet these three men are going to do their damn best to try to turn your perspective around. 

 A Yandere Dio (lets go with Pt 3) has some patience to deal with your low self esteem. He tries to read your expressions and handle them accordingly. Even if he doesn’t get through to you, he has plenty of time to give you affection it’s not like he’s on some time limit, he’s a vampire after all. He makes sure you know you’re important to him, you wouldn’t be sitting so close to him if he didn’t. 

    He’s very slick with his silver tongue, and he even tries to delve into your insecurities that makes you feel the way you do. The blond will get you to open up more and more. even if it’s a bit tedious he will get you to see him how he sees you. 

Yandere Josuke 4 is such a romantic boy he’s kind of upset that you feel that way, not in a bad light of course, it just makes his heart ache. But he’d do anything to try to get you to think otherwise. Honestly he doesn’t have much of a clue in handling a low self esteem, but he’ll try his best obsessively trying to get you to see otherwise. He’s going to be really clingy in the meantime to figure out what to do properly but he’ll get there. 

Yandere Jotaro, he already has a hard time expressing himself (well aside from his obsessive behavior). You’re welcomed with kisses and paid extra attention to when he sees when you’re upset. Though it does slightly irk him that you don’t think you’re worthy for him, he ends up pushing those thoughts back however. Instead he takes it out in telling you in every little moment he has that he wouldn’t trade you for anyone else, if it came down to it he’d chase you across to world to get you back. Though he makes sure to study around to see how low self esteem can be taken care of, after all he’s the only one that needs to take care of you.

- Josuke, as he said himself, is a love kind of guy.

- He’s a romantic at heart who will put you first.

- Josuke loves to walk together with your hand in his, or with an arm around your shoulder. He just genuinely loves to be close to you.

- Expect very many kisses. On the lips, cheeks, temples, forehead, tip of the nose, he gives you plenty of affection any time, anywhere.

- He’ll let you touch his hair so long as you’re gentle. But when it’s down and washed at night, he loves having you run your fingers through it.

- If you like video games, Josuke is thrilled to have his s/o be his player two! The two of you can have game days, seated on pillows and blankets with plenty of snacks.

- As his s/o, you’re immediately admitted as ‘part of the gang’, and always get invited by Josuke to hang out with him, Okuyasu and Koichi, and even Yukako when she’s there.

- Josuke likes to buy matching accessories for the two of you. Pins especially, which he further customises his uniform with. It makes him blush to see you wearing something that matches him.

- As a music fan, he makes frequent stops at the music store. If you happen to be with him, this turns into a music date. The two of you might even spend an hour in there, listening to songs on the store’s headphones together.
