We cleanse and detox our body because we know how important good health is and how amazing it makes us feel. But what about cleansing and detoxing our mind? What about all the toxic thoughts, conditioning, and programming that have built up over the years? There’s no real benefit in drinking green juices to fuel your body and then filling your mind up with negativity, jealousy, judgment, anger, or rage. There's no real benefit in filling yourself up with kale chips and all healthy greens and then self-destructing with negative thinking, alcohol, or drugs. There's no real benefit in going to the gym every day to be strong and then letting others abuse you and walk all over you. What good are any of these things doing if your mind is not functioning at an optimal level; and you don't feel love for yourself; and you don't live a predominantly positive, happy, and peaceful life? If you want to create change and move forward in your life you MUST work on your mind. A healthy mind leads to a healthy, happy, and confident YOU!

"Thinking yourself healthy"doesnt work. Its like shattering a glass and thinking that if you just think hard enough it will be fixed.Go ahead try it,did it work? I sincerely hope you never develop a serious illness but if you do then youll understand

Actually, your thinking is the only thing that will determine your health. Our thoughts, conscious and subconscious, determine our actions. The choices we make living our life; whether we are adequately nourishing ourselves, or we're engaging in abuse, neglect and self destruction.

Our thoughts determine the emotional energy we hold; stress, anger, hatred and negativity create tension and dis-ease; no person can escape the effects this will have on their state of health. Releasing these emotions however, will allow the body's energy to flow and enable our natural systems of healing to begin to restore balance.

Our minds also act to guide us towards what we need to support our health and healing as whole. This may be on a physical, mental, emotional, spiritual or nutritional level. Neglect your mind and see how your health fares. Stress is widely recognised as the biggest killer of people worldwide. If you wish to ignore the vital role your mind plays in your health, that is your choice, but you will suffer.

As for your glass analogy... My rational mind would remind me that I can gather up all of those shattered pieces and take them to be melted down, reshaped and reformed into a new glass. Restoring health is often much the same; gathering the fragments parts of your life and breaking them down; reframing, rebuilding, and replacing them within yourself to make changes as a whole necessary to find balance between mind, body, soul and spirit. THIS is true health.
