honestly... i am at a loss for words right now. i cant believe that this has actually happened and that it's actually really real. my goal has been met!!

567 extremely generous individuals donated real money that they worked their ass off for just to help me. some donating multiple times!! i cant imagine why or what possessed these people to do this, most to no less to a perfect stranger. there really are good people on our planet.

i stand by my promise to respond to every single donor personally thru the gfm portal but also i have an enormous amount of thanks to give to everyone that shared my posts too. that work was instrumental in this goal being achieved.  

and while unfortunately i cant thank all of you guys personally like i can with the donors, i still want every single one of you to know that i thank you and love you from the absolute bottom of my heart and not a single person has gone unnoticed, i promise you that. because of this campaign i was able to pay for my ffs deposit and i have an actual concrete date now in september 2021!! additionally we have my top surgery consult date for this upcoming september! my surgery date for that is likely to be in roughly 4 months!

next we'll be contacting the bottom surgeon and that date will likely be multiple years away, however any extra funds will go towards post-op recovery costs such as travel, lodging, etc etc. so while my goal is met please feel free to keep sharing and donating for that cause. lastly, please do not stop donating to other black trans women like me. now we are even more vulnerable than we've ever been and we really really need the help of our communities to survive. i'll be updating my gfm to include a ton of links to other funds that have not been met. (i havent done this yet so please give me some time) once again, thank you all so much. i will never forget this generosity as long as i live. i love you 💕💖💕💖💋💋
