Gluten free oatmeal-apple-cinnamon scones.

I used this Martha Stewart recipe, with the following  modifications- half and half instead of buttermilk, coated with butter instead of buttermilk, made balls instead for the shape,and used gluten free flour (rice/ potato/ tapioca base) and oats).

Yum!

Sugar cookies with a cinnamon sprinkle. I used the Betty Crocker sugar cookie recipe minus the frosting and added a cinnamon sugar sprinkle instead!

Apple cinnamon muffins were calling my name this morning. The perfect sweet and savory pick me up for this gray Friday.

Look at these beauties. Peanut better chocolate chip. Delish!

Mom spent the week perfecting gluten free Pierogies (Polish dumplings). Happy Christmas, to those who celebrate!

Dad’s preparing Saag Paneer (an Indian Spinach and Cheese dish).

No bake oatmeal ‪#‎cookies‬. They're chocolate peanut butter flavored. The only differentiation was using Bob's Red Mill's ‪#‎glutenfree‬ oats. They're also ‪#‎eggfree‬.

Pulled pork, rice, and peas- Mom knocked it out of the park with this dish.
