dinner: large portion of pasta bolognese, my dad made it and dishes it out so i have no idea how much it true was. but to be on the safe side im saying around 1125 cals.
snack: was forced to have a yogurt ricecake. 85 cals. had some watermelon. 139 cals.
cals burned: 22 (didn't leave home today)
total: 1327
i decide to not do the 500 cals thing because when i restrict more i almost always end up binging which is not what i want. so ive decided to just try to do omad at dinner
