what i ate today trying to lose weight ⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚ day 5

breakfast: skipped
lunch: watermelon. 139 cals.
dinner: tortilla de patata. 816 cals.
dessert: lemon muffin. 390 cals.
snacks: a whole bag of lettuce lol. 30 cals. nectarine. 60 cals
cals burned: 60
total: 1374
could be better could be worse.. ill try better tomorrow but im not mad at myself

breakfast: skipped
lunch: skipped
dinner: large portion of pasta bolognese, my dad made it and dishes it out so i have no idea how much it true was. but to be on the safe side im saying around 1125 cals.
snack: was forced to have a yogurt ricecake. 85 cals. had some watermelon. 139 cals.
cals burned: 22 (didn't leave home today)
total: 1327
i decide to not do the 500 cals thing because when i restrict more i almost always end up binging which is not what i want. so ive decided to just try to do omad at dinner

breakfast: green apple. 97 cals
lunch: tomato soup. 104 cals
dinner: had takeout pizza. Don't know the exact amount but around 1920 cals.
snack: small red apple. 101 cals
burned: 173
total: 2041
i feel so guilty. im going to try and omad for the next two days and get under 500 cals each day. might be hard with my family but i can try.

breakfast: skipped again.
lunch: other half of tomato soup. 104 cal.
dinner: lots of random bits. 900 cals
snacks: green apple. wasn't going to have this but my dad's gf gave it to me and i felt bad not eating it. 97 cals. pancake with chocolate spread. felt so guilty about this. around 362 cals
cals burned: 166
total: 1292
i ate way more than i should have and i feel so guilty. i hope that i can do better tomorrow.

dinner: homemade pizza. around 940 cals
dessert: vanilla icecream with half a dark chocolate kitkat on top. around 150 cals
snacks: small banana. 90 cals one toxic waste 10 cals
cals burned: 250
total: 1043
