Can Koichi use ACT1 or ACT2 after obtaining ACT3?
I’m pretty sure he can!
He develops ACT2 when he’s escaping Yukako, and uses it to save her in the end, but later when he’s trapped in Reimi’s ghost alley with Rohan he uses ACT1’s long distance skills to try to find a way out. Because of that I’m pretty sure he can use the previous ACTs
