my typical journaling experience:
1) write about a feeling until i cry
2) comment about a small good thing that happened
3) cool bug
going back to basic bullet journaling to calm myself tf down and regain control over myself

it took almost two years but this bad boy is now filled up with all sorts of mental breakdowns
i finally got my hands on the highly coveted olive traveler's notebook from traveler's company and i'm absolutely in love with it.
i pre-ordered the traveler's diner notebook a few weeks ago and it's finally arrived!
