i wrote a silly little volo story :) it's basically my take on the volo fight, he's evil and insane, rei has a bad time and his best friend god has to step in, etc etc

i just thought of a crazy concept for pla

so like what if during the battle with volo and giratina, giratina like accidently opens a space-time rift and sends volo and protag to the future where protag comes from? and then giratina flies off or something and volo and protag have to work together (ideally while despising each other) to find giratina and get back to hisui. (i always imagined protag coming from like this world with no pokemon cuz arceus felt the need to explain what pokemon were at the beginning of the game)

meanwhile protag has no memory of this world but it's slowly coming back to them as they wander around

i thought of a scene where volo runs out into moving traffic cuz let's be real he doesn't know what a car is and protag pulls him back just before he gets hit like "bro wtf are you doing"

and also i've been having a case of "I Can Fix Him" so i think once everything gets sorted out volo decides to be less evil and not reset the universe cuz after being in such an unfamiliar world, he starts to love and miss his own

meanwhile protag gets to have the anguish of choosing between their world which they probably remember by the end and hisui

i might make this into an AU one day who knows
