i have like very little? i mean my back is slightly bent you cant even notice but it hurts all the time and im trying to keep my back as straight as possible but i just feel like if i so much bend it a bit it’s going to get worse and i really dont want that? im like super paranoid

im going to a physiotherapist next monday so he can give me like exercises to make my back muscles stronger and stuff but i dunno :/ i hope it helps and i hope the exercises make the pain go away because i cant stand it its constant it never goes away

i dont know why but that word did cheer me up it sounds really funny haha thank you love. i dont think people notice? since everytime i’m out i try to keep my back as straight as i can and stuff but yeah my main concern is it not getting worse :c

well i am pretty tired of tumblr’s bullshit in general (some of it travels to twitter which is why im blocking that too) i need a break from all of this tbh and it comes at the right time because i have 5 rrrrrrrreally important exams on june (on the same day! unbelievable im gonna die) and i have to study so much!!!! i dont want all of these distractions i am a very weak person i give in easily so im blocking everything until i am f r e e
