I am a BSc Geology graduate from the University of Edinburgh, School of GeoSciences. I worked for the University of Edinburgh as a Student Ambassador, Receptionist, Social Media Representative and Office Aide. I have extensive experience in university management, marketing, student support and geology. At Salamon Ernő Grammar School with Vaskertes High School: Studied Romanian literature, English, German, French, Hungarian literature & History, Mathematics, Computer Science, Social Sciences, Science and Physical Education (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Physical education). At Arbroath High School: Winner of several school cups and medals. My education focused heavily on science and technology. I helped restart the school's newspaper and ran it for several years. I represented the school at several national and international projects and competitions. At the University of Edinburgh: BSc Geology graduate from the School of GeoSciences. I studied various aspects of geosciences (Oceanography, Microclimates, Mining, etc.) for 5 years. I worked for the University of Edinburgh as a Student Ambassador, Receptionist, Social Media Representative and Office Aide. I volunteered with the School of GeoSciences as a public outreach helper, where I helped to run various geology workshops at science festivals. I wrote geology based blogs (covering the work of the department, interviews with visiting academics and promoting the department to prospective students) to several sites of the School of GeoSciences, University of Edinburgh. I generated social media and marketing material for Student Recruitment. At Rural Youth Scotland: I helped to build a national website to encourage young people to engage more with their communities and start businesses. I built up a geology focused society covering the county of Angus and the city of Dundee. Volunteering: I am a volunteer with various St Andrews based projects focused on science teaching, community causes and the environment. I volunteer at Hospitalfield House (in Arbroath, Angus), an art and heritage museum. Work: I work for Rural Youth Scotland to help connect the young communities of rural Scotland. I am the President & Program Coordinator of the Angus and Dundee GeoSciences Society, where I help to organise field trips and outreach events. Interests: I am interested in mining geology, geoconservation, museum management, science outreach to the public, student recruitment, relations between universities and marketing.
