I’m starting a YouTube channel that will be dedicated to sharing knowledge about the world of Geishas. I’d be delighted if you would be inclined to follow me there as well. However, note that this YouTube channel will be in French only. 🙇

Not feeling comfortable traveling outside of Tokyo in the current context. People of destination cities are not really keen on receiving travelers either.

Since I refrain from doing unnecessary travels, I take the time to appreciate where I am. This park is just between my home and my workplace. It lightens my daily walk to and from work. 🌸

What I have seen is being used by Maiko and Geiko to protect them from the coronavirus is not really reassuring. I hope everyone is OK.

Last year, I visited Kōchi to see the birthplace of Sakamoto Ryōma. During that trip, i had the chance to have dinner at Hamachō. This is the first dance that Geiko Yukichiyo performed for me that night.
