Finally learned our favourite lesbian Eliotrope's name. Turns out Eagle Girl is called Desperia.

...does that mean she's supposed to represent Yugo's desperation? I mean, in her concept art she does look pretty melancholic.

Can we please take a moment to appreciate how, even in the middle of an incredibly distressing and horrifying ordeal as it is to see Yugo in maddening pain and losing control, Amalia's first instinct is still to protect the innocent?

She's a queen and a heroine through and through, putting her people first no matter how disadvantageous or physically taxing it can be for her.

At this point I am convinced that if Aurora were to gain the upper hand at some point during their upcoming fight, it will most likely be because she will not care about collateral damage whereas Amalia will try to hold herself back for her subjects' sake or be distracted while trying to protect them.

And if that happens and the Sadida, for some unfathomable reason, still turn their backs on their rightful queen, then ToT and I will have a word over dumbing down the cast for the sake of drama. Because the webtoon is doing nothing but prove time and time again why Amalia is the better choice.

I'm neutral about Julith returning, since I know it spells trouble for Yugo, Amalia, and Joris, but I gotta admit it's a cool development. I'm also on the fence regarding the Sadida Kingdom disappearing as well, since I certainly don't like the implications, but I've already established in my new canon Yugo is going to send both the Sadida and the Eliatropes to another dimension so they can finally live in peace :)

If Oropo could create his own dimension even without the Eliacube, so can Yugo "God In Physical Form" the Eliatrope.

I swear, between the Yumalia Smut, the emphasis on pregnancies since chapter 3, and Yugo acting all dad-like towards Chibi and Grougal, if it's not revealed at the end of the volume that Amalia is expecting, I'm going to be pissed.

There's a lot of emphasis on babies for it to just be a coincidence.

Summary: Of all the ways Alibert expected his day to go, a visit from his son and his girlfriend was not one of them. Especially when said son suddenly looked like a grown man instead of a 12-year-old like last time he saw him, barely a few weeks ago. But the more time passes and the more Yugo shares the events leading up to that moment, the more Alibert is sure of one thing:

You're never too old to need your dad.

I'll never get over the fact the Fecas' most distinctive physical trait is their blue hair when their goddess looks like Cra's tanned cousin.

Meanwhile, the Eliatrope goddess is literally a blue wig with a kabuki mask for a face and yet, her followers all have either dirty blond or light brunette hair. Even Qilby, before he transformed.

And the few that don't have that hair colour, have white hair! Of all things!!

And I'm just, why?????

The one thing I don't understand is who the fuck all these other Eliatropes are. Maybe I'm missing some lore, but aren't the Council of Six and the Eliatrope children all there is left of their race? I mean, didn't the adults sacrifice themselves in the war against the Mechasms precisely to ensure their kids could run away?

Given how short they all are, my best bet is that the Eliatrope goddess kept the youngest ones with her while she appointed the oldest children as her elite guards, but I see a lot of holes in that...

Can you tell I've been obsessively watching this on repeat for the last few hours? Can you tell how little I care and how I'm gonna keep doing it until it's burned onto my brain?
