Would Poppy be a Disney Princess?
You may have heard talks of Disney possibly buying Fox, and due to this, I made a meme jokingly claiming that Professor Poopypants would be a Disney villain. However, @expresions-in-animation has informed me that if Disney was to buy Fox, they might get the rights to the Fox-era DreamWorks films…which made me think of a character from another Fox-era DreamWorks film, Poppy, and if she would fall under the criteria to be a Disney Princess if this (maybe unlikely) purchase were to happen.
This was inspired by the Super Carlin Brothers videos they did suggesting characters that could be Disney Princesses.
