The vendetta I have against PV might be stupid and irrational but god do the stans piss me off. The trailer was like few minutes long. It was a premise and yet people can't stop praising it as if it has even a single episode. There's an even more annoying part of the PV lovers and they're constantly talking trash about the show and they bring up the older artworks and story bibles as proof of how the story was actually so much better before.

Yeah, it's obnoxious.

It's one thing to say that an adaptation is better than another.

But when you're comparing a trailer and drafts to a fully made product. I'm sorry, but you're nuts.

This is just people speculating and making up their version of Miraculous and saying " My version is better" with extra steps.

Because they have the same name. That is literally it.

What people forget is PV Felix was a prototype for Adrien not Felix.

And yeah PV Felix was just the stereotypical dark, brooding loner type of character. I'm pretty sure if he was around in canon and got akumatized he would have told Hawkmoth to get lost.

I think Astruc just said he was sick of the "I can fix him." Attitude that's a staple in romance aimed at girls because he thinks it's overdone and toxic. Which I agree on.

Kinda but not really.

PV Felix might have been cold and selfish, his motivation was to get Ladybug to kiss him so his curse would be broken. But the fact he was trying to seduce her clearly meant he wanted it to be consensual.

Felix sexually assaulted Marinette. So he's way worse.

The PV was completely different.

Socqueline might have been based on PV Marinette but she's still not PV Marinette she's not discount Marinette she's bootleg Marinette. Canon Marinette has way more characterization and we love her.

If you liked the idea of PV Felix that's fine. Everyone likes an anti hero after all.

But Canon Felix is nothing like PV Felix. He's a manipulative, selfish, misogynistic, prat.
