This is 100% Amelie.
Point 1) She's wearing black.
This has always been the visual clue for being able to tell the two women apart.
Point 2) There's only one blonde woman.
If they wanted to show Emilie alive again. We'd have seen both of the twins.
Point 3) Nathalie is alive.
Gabriel sacrificed his life to bring Natalie back. That's how it works. One life for another. He'd have to sacrifice another person to bring them both back.
Point 4) Gabriel is a selfish bastard.
Gabriel would never accept a world where he's separated from Emilie. Either they're both alive or both dead. He'd never accept being apart from her. That's what drove him insane in the first place.
So there you go. Emilie is definitely still dead.
