They're about the same tbh.
I'd say Felix because he actually killed people, albeit temporarily.
We never met Colt. We only have Felix's words to judge him by, and he's very biased. Not to say he's not abusive. I 100% believe that. But it might not have gone exactly the way Felix said.
I'd say Gabriel is worse because Colt never became a supervillain.
