Answered something similar here, but here’s some more thoughts!

Wren would be horribly touch-starved, and as he’s closer to breaking he’d start missing at least that aspect of being Daniel’s captive - all he wants is some touch that’s not a violent one.
Berkeley doesn’t really care about that, and seeing Wren miserable is great entertainment for him, but if he’s feeling especially merciful he lets Wren lay his head in his lap and pets him.
One time Berkeley drinks a bit too much, and kisses Wren to recreate the kiss they shared during the storm back on SV-240. It happens exactly once, Berkeley doesn’t come back to that, ever.
On the topic of storms - Berkeley loves to exploit that weakness, so Wren is locked outside during a storm a couple of times, and then made fun of for being a shivering incoherent mess.
Berkeley also takes advantage of another one of Wren’s weaknesses - idiot becomes a common nickname for him, and it’s even written on his collar.

When Wren’s life went to hell, he had known Berkeley for over a year. They're working in the garden together, kneeling on the ground; Wren rips the weeds - or parasites, as SV-240's fauna and flora are too often indistinguishable - out of the soil with more force than necessary, his movements rapid as he readies himself to fulfill the command.

He closes his eyes for a moment and exhales, and, trying not to think about it too much, cups Daniel's face in his hands and kisses him. His lips feel stiff and his heart is beating fast, and after the initial surprise Daniel relaxes and leans into the kiss. Before his hands can snake across Wren's back, pull him closer, embrace him, he breaks the kiss, jumps to his feet and storms towards the house, not wanting to see Daniel's expression.

He can imagine the fond gaze and genuine smile way too clearly anyway.
