Is anyone else with ADHD or Autism only functioning because of the timer methods
I have like a million alarms and a million times that all serve different methods and the only way I can keep myself in check
I don't wanna eat because I'm playing video games: 45 minute timer then I have to eat
Have to get up and get ready for work: have an alarm for that
Have to clean: set a timer for ten minutes, by the time it's done I'm halfway through cleaning and I'll wanna finish
It's equally astonishing and concerning that I can't do anything without it now.
