All Robot*, All the Time

Yeah, I think it’s a safe bet that we’ll get additional promotional stuff between now and July. They’ve been releasing new stuff fairly regularly since the season 2 marketing effort began in earnest and it’d be strange (not to mention bad business) if they just stopped now.

And I’m pretty sure they had promos for the following week after the episodes aired last season, yes. I don’t remember anything about them specifically, though...

Like as opposed to “what you/we did,” yeah? It is a little unsettling, I admit, but Mr. Robot might just be antagonizing Elliot? Like “do you remember what happened to you? You peaced the fuck out into your head, and then I had to do x, y and z.” 

Not even considering the trailer, just based on what Sam has said, we’ll be seeing Elliot and Mr. Robot in open conflict a lot more this season, so Robot trying to get under Elliot’s skin is a plausible explanation, I think, and makes me feel a little better than bad stuff happening to Elliot. On the other hand, extensive Elliot suffering seems to be the name of the game so???  T-minus 56 days...
