I’m not sure if you’re sending this ask just to share your feelings/worry, or if you’re subtly asking for me to tag violence? If the former, although I am uncomfortable with different things, I can certainly appreciate how difficult it is having to anticipate things that trigger negative thoughts and feelings. The most important thing is to keep yourself safe. If the latter, and in the same vein of keeping safe, I’ll start tagging explicit violence. Hope that’ll help a little bit. Right? It has to be something like that. It looks really…institutional. There’re windows next to the door The doors are windowed, which is kind of odd. Elliot is smart though, I’d like to think he could get himself to a safe spot if need be. Maybe a homeless shelter (although I’m not aware of many that offer private rooms)? I’d think Sam would go more authentic if it were a psychiatric facility, but maybe I just haven’t seen one like that and they do exist? It just looks kinda grimy to me. 

Hey, anonymous friend! Something black, rectangular, and the approximate size of a laptop is definitely under the pillow in that clip. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a laptop. Good eye! I didn’t even notice it!

I’m still trying to figure out what that weird little room is. It shows up repeatedly throughout the trailer. Probably his temporary digs since he likely doesn’t want to return to his apartment with all that’s going on? It seems pretty creepy, though.

Yeah, we’re gonna see Elliot in a worse state than we’ve seen him before, I have no doubt about it. What that’s going to look like, though? I’m not sure. He’s under a tremendous amount of stress - realizing the extent of his delusions, dealing with the aftermath of the hack, probably on the run from the FBI, etc. The walls he’d so carefully constructed for himself are crumbling fast, and he doesn’t have the *healthiest* of coping mechanisms. But he may have made himself a new friend in the Joey Bada$$ character, so that’s kinda good I guess...
