Friday update, I am no longer pondering Fenris' loneliness 😌

Last year I had the pleasure to draw a soft Fenhawke for a zine (if the post office allows me to get my copy ONE DAY) and I can finally share it here so tadaa! I know, it's more a winter spirit drawing but hey, I'm weak to share a little more of Hawke and Fenris, riding back home together!

While Fenris loves Hawke and understands that Gretz absolutely deserves to be carried around, immediately after this he insists that Hawke lets Gretz walk himself the rest of the way, that bag was meant for supplies and lumber and it’s getting ripped, it’s not a mabari carrier Hawke…

Turns out, it was Fenris who led Hawke to some strange places, not the other way around. Word began spreading of a white wolf who hunted slavers along the Imperial Highway, bringing renewed hope to the elves of Thedas until the Champion was called upon once more…

Don’t think I’ve forgotten about these two. I swear there better be some good Dragon Age news on the 4th, Bioware. You can’t placate me with comics about Fenris with an undercut forever.

I liked the idea of Fenris wearing one of Hawke’s champion capes as he ventures to Skyhold to personally punch Hawke in the face for almost getting himself killed in the Fade.

Fenhawke on the run after the destruction of Kirkwall’s Chantry. The daily desperate monotony of life as a fugitive, and the dread of wanting too many things that are no longer yours to have.

Fenris, grumpy, propably because he’s on his way through some snowy mountains, most likely in order to collect a certain mage from a certain heretic organisation.

I uploaded a WIP of this some weeks ago but I started to hate that version, scrapped it, and started over.

Turns out I quite enjoy painting fur.
