Cei (Sir Kay) had a multitude of miscellaneous powers which he could aparantly do, one being having the heat of his hands correlate with that of his temper. That is, his hands were constantly on fire.

Kei is one of my favourite knights and I want to draw him more, but good lord is it hard to nail the "I'm surrounded by idiots" aura I like to portray him running around the kitchens with. Also bro like 20 in this and Is already getting grey hairs, dealing with everyone's shit while trying to keep the castle running is stressful.

I rewatched The Sword in the Stone yesterday :) I feel like this movie has queer vibes in general (with Merlin and all) and I loved how it focused more on the coming of age of Arthur more than his journey as king.

Sir Kay and the Salmon of Llyn Llyw, from the tale of Culhwch and Olwen. In the old Celtic tales, Cei Hir had magical powers. Among other things, he could hold his breath for 9 nights and days under water. That is certainly convenient when socialising with giant salmon.
