Thanks quite-right-too for the suggestion!

So with this idea, I imagined them setting a day aside to go and adopt a dog, and both being excited about it, and Rose getting home with a tiny dog, knowing she should have waited for the Doctor, and rambling out a long excuse before she even knew his reaction, to find that whoops! The Doctor adopted a bunch of senior dogs from the shelter when he was going to town to return library books and passed the shelter. This took a long time but I’m super happy with how it turned out! I hope you guys like it :D
