Heck yeah! More Moony headcannons! (Also HI SILVER!!! THANK YOU YOU’RE A WONDERFUL PERSON TOO AND I LOVE YOUR ART!!!)

Moon always has to keep an eye on his starlight! This includes following her around in Subcon to make sure she doesn’t get hurt! Although…this can get a bit tedious, with him yelling “Watch out!” every five seconds.
He likes to sneak on Hat Kid’s spaceship to watch HK sleep. And as creepy as it is, he only looking out for her! He thinks his starlight looks so adorable when she sleeps~
He has a bad habit of dragging HK away from Snatcher. And when I say “drag away”, I mean that literally. That may or may not have to do with the fact that Moon is a little jealous that HK loves Snatcher and hangs out with him more. But his excuse will always be “He’s a bad influence on her!”.
Moon always wants to dress HK up in extremely girly dresses, even though they’re really not her style. The dresses are too…‘cutesy-woosty’ in her mind. They’re usually bright pink, with frills and bows, not to mention a surplus of glitter. Moon still doesn’t get why she doesn’t want to wear any them though… She looks so cute in them!
Moon always loves to put on puppets shows for his starlight! He’s got a puppet of HK, Snatcher, a few Subconites, some Dwellers, even himself! Although the Snatcher puppet has seen better days. It’s always missing an arm, a button-eye, or something else. I wonder why…?
He insists that HK learns how to dance in formal balls, as all proper ladies do! He tries to teach her how to waltz, but it’s hard with to do that with a dance partner that has no legs… That doesn’t stop him though! He always makes sure to enforce his lessons onto HK, so she doesn’t forget!
One time, HK complained about how cold Moon’s part of the forest was. So, to warm her up, Moon decided to wrap her up in his strings! She looked so nice and cozy! …Then again maybe a little too cozy. He promised that he’d be more careful after that incident.
HK has only hugged him a few times, compared to the countless amount of times that Moon has hugged her. Moon tends to hug her out of nowhere, not to mention very tightly. Though she doesn’t mind too much. He’s just really affectionate! But…his hugs usually last a long time.
In case you couldn’t tell already, Moon is very protective of his starlight. Once, Mafia Boss threatened to fight HK for a chance of “revenge”. But after Moon’s little…“talk” with him, he quickly learned not to threaten the hat brat around the angry blue ghost.
Moon likes Bow too! Although he isn’t nearly as close to her as he is with HK. He more or less treats her like his daughter’s best friend! But Bow is still very shy around him, so he tries to speak as softly as he can when they’re around each other. They eventually become good friends!
Moon and Snatcher get into fights over who should spend more time with HK. And it should obviously be Moon, since he hasn’t tried to kill his starlight! But Snatcher always brings up the fact that Moon is “hogging” the kid and that “she can make her own decisions”. Moon still pouts about it though, thinking that Snatcher only wants her so she can do his dirty work. But Snatcher is well aware of Moon’s clingy and obsessive behavior and just wants to give HK a break away from Moon.
He “squees” or “awws” over almost anything that HK does. When she yawns, sneezes, or even hiccups, he can’t help but squeal at how adorable his starlight is! Although HK might be getting sick of it, she doesn’t have the heart to tell him to stop.
