Yep! Every human character is a Pokemon trainer! And this includes all the kids, the Mafia, Mafia Boss, the Prince and Vanessa, and even Tim and Thor!
And yes!!! I think the birbs would be called “PipPips” or something like that! (And as a cursed bonus, maybe they evolve into the C.A.W agents-)
