Oh Frickity Frack the Snatcher is Back

Ah, yes! I should be clear on that before anyone can roleplay with the characters, right? :3

The Maitlands (Adam & Barbara): Conductor and DJ Grooves! That’s right, Discotrain is in the AU!The Deetzes (Charles & Delia): So far, Cooking Cat and Empress!Otho: (The guy who tags along with Delia) Mafia Boss!Lydia: Hat Kid! (Don’t worry, her role is definitely going to be altered)

Juno: (The ghost who warns the Maitlands about Beetlejuice) Moonjumper!Beetlejuice: The one and only, Snatcher! (His character name is BetelSnatch)

Keep in mind, not all of these characters will act exactly like the characters in the movie. If anything, most of them will just act like their canon selves in-game. (With exceptions for Snatcher and Moonjumper, at least for now) And maybe I’ll try and find a way to add in Mu or Bow somewhere down the line???

Y’know, a funny thought occurred to me when I read this.

So Snatcher gets upset when Hat Kid complete all of his Death Wishes, right? (At least I’m hoping so) So he pouts about it, and tries to think of a way to get back at her. But once he finds out that she joins the Nyakuza he decides to do a little digging around, right?

So Snatcher and Empress meet. Maybe after Hat Kid defeats Empress? And Snatcher offers a deal with her, trying to get her to sign a contract with him. She’ll most likely say no, and lie by saying she needs to visit all her sisters later that evening. And Snatcher just busts in and says-

“Oh really? Do tell!”

And that is how Snatcher makes a Death Wish where you have to fight all of the Empress’ sisters.

I’d like to imagine that a few of the more “elegant breeds” would pretend that the mob boss business isn’t their thing. But even if they purrsue (hahaha) different careers, they’d still use blackmail and threaten their customers. 

And Empress seems to lean towards the nicer sisters more, only because she loves how unpredictable they are!

That’s a pretty good ask, Anon! Well…let’s find out!

Hat Kid: Most likely a cartoon-y kind of film! Like Disney but with more cheesy and (terrible) anime tropes mixed in. Basically, imagine Cinderella but with more characters saying “chan” or “baka!”

Bow Kid: Nature documentaries! But they’re about cats and how cute they are! Most of her films include cats in some shape or form.

Mustache Girl: Action movies and Detective movies! With lots of explosions!! (Conductor has raised her too well) Or even better, a movie about a superhero defeating a nasty villain! A villain that oddly resembles the Mafia Boss-

Mafia Boss: He’s a ham and he’d probably make musical types of movies. But they’re all about how great the Mafia is. These movies always seem to fail at the box office…

Cooking Cat: Romance or Comedy films that include baking! All the dishes in the films look so good on camera, it’s like you can smell them through the big screen!

Snatcher: Definitely Horror/Slasher films! And none of the films have happy endings, by the way. He’ll even star in his own movies as the terrifying monster! (Like the giant egotist he is-)

Moonjumper: Romance films and nothing but Romance films. They’re always set in a Victorian-age style, with at least one ballroom waltz scene in every film. And the costumes are the absolute fanciest and Moon wouldn’t have it any other way!

Empress: (P.S.- Only doing her because I got a random idea for it) Even though black and white films are what some would call “out-dated”, she still makes them. She’s usually the detective, which is a huge surprise to most. That is…until the plot twist is revealed that the detective in an undercover gang leader. Oh boy, nobody saw that one coming!

Everybody calls her an “aunt” so I’ll go with that I guess!

Hooray! The perfect aunt who just so happens to be the boss of a cat gang! And for some reason, CC doesn’t like her at all...

I wonder why? ;)

Not while CC is around! If CC ever found out, which she most likely would, she’d break them out of the Nyakuza.

But that doesn’t mean that Empress can’t be part of the family! She get to be the cool (if not questionable) aunt! Although, there’s still tension between CC and Empress for different reasons…
