- strained/distant relationship w his parents

oh my tamagotchi grew up. got another masktchi. poor kid was kind of doomed from birth anyway considering his parents were two "stubborn" tier tamas (the lowest possible tier).
kind of a fucked up caste system they got going on here. sure you can claw your way up the ladder but only a little bit at a time and only if you put your all into it and if you fuck up a little you end up right back where you started. can get a lil extra head start if you marry up but it's still no guarantee of success.
