Ligur has no idea that he died via Holy Water and now he’s got a crying Hastur hugging him

Two demons lurk at the edge of the graveyard. They are pacing themselves, and can lurk for the rest of the night, if necessary. With still enough sullen menace left for a final burst of lurking around dawn.

Ligur, amigurumi from Hell

After making a few Hasturs, I wanted to make a matching Ligur of course. Or so I thought. I’m used to projects putting up resistance, but Ligur is ridiculous. Couldn’t find the eyes, not even for sale, but put the yarn aside. The yarn promptly vanished into thin air, but the eyes turned up. Bought more yarn, now the Hastur pattern refuses to be made into a nice Ligur. Sigh.

I have never side-eyed an amigurumi harder than this one. I carefully inched my way toward the finish, and then I had… a prototype. And I didn’t like him.

Here he is in a line-up with a Bunny!Hastur, Reference!Hastur, and a nearly finished Hastur that waits for me to figure out how to make his scarf. I’m seriously not happy with Ligur’s proportions. I changed the hairline and the ear placement so his head looks a bit better now:

So here they are, the first set. My favourite part was making the little chameleon!

let’s say that their car looks exactly like if I tried to draw a car without references

It looks like this…but like…to my brain, this is a perfectly normal-looking car, because it’s on the computer and it’s a good sketch and my brain auto-corrects for that.

But if someone were to edit this onto a photograph of a very real road, THAT is what it would look like….

I just LOVE zir swarm!!!!

Now I'm imagining Beez getting drunk...therefore the swarm getting drunk as well...all these flies bonking into each other

But like... the flies are just swarming the back bar while Beez is having a proper cocktail. And the flies are just getting drunk off like, sticky Midori, rancid tonic and crap like that.

Meanwhile Dagon is doing shots, Hastur and Ligur are drinking beer (because they're lightweights, don't tell Crowley)

Dagon drinks bourbon. And no, I’m not projecting. I’m totally projecting.

Hastur & Ligur totally drink Coors light... or Milwaukee’s beast.

Meanwhile Hastur and Ligur are in the background holding each other up after getting buzzed on light beer and confessing their love for the hundredth time that day.

Beelzebub drinks Dagon under the table but only because ze is "sobering up" when Dagon isn't looking (no one said that demons play fair 😉). And because that gives zir the chance to see Dagon being tipsy and flustered, clinging to Beelzebub all the way to their office (and maybe some sloppy good-night kisses for zir as a bonus).
